System Design & Coordination

On-Site Execution

We install, test, and manage all systems during your event. Our technical team provides real-time oversight, troubleshooting, and live operations management from first mic check through final wrap.

Service Questions, Answered

What if equipment gets damaged?
With the damage waiver, standard and accidental damage is covered. Without it, you're liable for repair or replacement per the rental agreement.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least 72 hours. Same-day rentals are available before noon on most items. Holidays and weekends book quickly — plan ahead.
Do you offer delivery and on-site setup?
Yes. Delivery is available and full-service setup and operation can be added. Ask us about crew packages for larger events.
Can I extend my rental after it starts?
Yes — just call us and we'll check availability and add the extension to your agreement at the same daily rate.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH transfers, and company checks for established accounts. A deposit is required at booking.
Is tech support available during my event?
All rentals include phone and text support. On-site technicians can be added to any rental for an additional daily rate.
